Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible cases such as:

Eligible for Return/Replacement If:

• Product received is damaged, leaked, or defective
• You received a wrong item
• The product is expired or near expiry (less than 6 months remaining)
• Item missing from the order
• You received a product with a size mismatch (if applicable)

Time Limit to Raise a Request:

• Damaged, Missing or Wrong Product: Within 2 days of delivery
• Defective/Expired/Size Issue: Within 7 days of delivery

Product Must Be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In its original packaging with labels, invoice, and accessories
• Accompanied by a clear photo or unboxing video (for damage/missing claims)

Items Not Eligible for Return:

• Opened or used products
• Broken seal (except in case of damage or expiry)
• Health & personal care items (due to hygiene)
• Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Replacement Process:

• If the item is eligible, we will replace it with the same product.
• If replacement isn’t available, we will issue a refund.
• We arrange reverse pickup in most pincodes. In rare cases, self-shipping is required — we will reimburse up to ₹50 upon valid receipt.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection and approval of the returned product.
• The amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
• For prepaid orders, full refund will be issued. For COD orders, refund will be made to your bank account or UPI after confirmation.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are refunded only in full order returns.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations:

• You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us.
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may refuse delivery. Once we receive the product back, refund will be processed

Scienuvo-Initiated Cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases:

• Product out of stock or discontinued
• Incorrect pricing or product listing error
• Payment issues or non-receipt (especially in COD/Cheque/Bank Transfer modes)
• Fraudulent or suspicious order patterns
• Incomplete or unverifiable address or contact information

If any such cancellation occurs, we will notify you immediately via email/SMS and refund the full amount (if already paid).

Please Note:

• Products returned without valid reason or incomplete packaging may be rejected.
• Claims for damage or missing item must be accompanied by images/video at the time of unboxing.
